Avi Behar was born in Netanya, Israel. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine. He joined Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP as a legal assistant as a first step in pursuing his career as an attorney while studying to go to law school and further that goal.
